It makes me feel good and it gives me what I want (hot spice and enjoyment) . Hot sauce also never makes me second guess using it. Hot sauce makes me want to keep using it and buying more.

- Do you provide your customers with what they need?
- Do you make them feel good using your product or service?
- Do you give them added value before, during and after the sale?
- Even if your competitor has the same product or service, will your customer choose you because of how you make them feel?
