It’s the end of the year and you know what that means – goal setting time. Time to look at your goals for 2010 and also time to look at your goal from 2009.

I have started on my goals list for 2010 and there are some great things coming in the New Year! I hope you take some time to plan your goals for the year too. Without a plan, you are already planning to fail.

- What will you use to come up with new ideas?
- Do you want to break into new areas of business?
- Do you want to improve your internal processes? How?
- What internal processes need extra care?
- Do you want to use Social Media in your business?
- How will you use Social Media in your business?
- How will you improve your skills?
- Do you want to start-up a blog? Where do you start with your new blog?
